The world observed a brilliant solar eclipse on 1 August 2008.Seeing the spectacular natural phenomenon with naked eye is forbidden,but the following video taken from an aeroplane,shows the total eclipse and the brilliance of the diamond ring afterward.In India,people believe in undertaking a fast and a bath after the eclipse.A visit to the temple is a must before breaking the fast for some.
